Policies and Guidelines

General Rental Policies

Upon signing an agreement with Arts Factory and Three Bone Theatre, any Renters must agree to the following policies:

● Use the space safely and respectfully

● Leave the space in the same condition as found

● Follow all Theatre policies and instructions, including Work Place Culture and No Harassment Policies

● Be responsible for any damage caused during the rental period, and notify Three Bone Theatre at time of damage.

No Harrassment

Artistic environments require risk, courage, vulnerability, and deep personal investment. When creative environments become unsafe, both the people and the work are harmed. Harassment, abuse, and unchecked power dynamics can silence voices, shorten careers, and undermine artistic integrity. Clear expectations, communication pathways, and accountability help protect creative freedom rather than limit it. This policy applies to all artistic disciplines and work contexts, regardless of whether the work is considered high-risk, provocative, or experimental. No-Harassment Statement The Arts Factory area managed by Three Bone Theatre, is a zero-tolerance environment, and will not allow harassment or discrimination of any kind. This includes conduct based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, education, or any other characteristic protected by law. Harassment may be verbal, nonverbal, visual, physical, written, or digital. It includes conduct that is unwelcome, offensive, intimidating, hostile, or abusive. This policy applies to all individuals engaged with rentals at the Arts Factory through Three Bone Theatre’s management.
